Driving home from work today and look in my rear view to see this old style kit car thing coming up behind me. Then I do a double take as I notice a picnic table sized wing on the back. As he slowly passes me by I only then realize its a factory five racing car. Apparently its a type 65 coupe-R and the one exact unit I saw is appears to be featured on the company website. Anyone know what engines these have?

Any number of engines. SBF, BBF, SBC, BBC, LSX, Coyote. You name it and it will fit.

They have parts to adapt to small block fords, 427 cobra jets, and coyotes. Technically i belive the cobra daytona should have a 351 windsor block

The original Daytona coupe had a high output 289. Think gt350 k code but hotter.

From the thumbnail I thought that was a bicycle rack. Clicked and was disappointed.

They squeezed a coyote into a cobra. What was funny the transmission is so long the driveshaft was 6" long

I’m guessing Mr. Brock would not approve of that wing.

When you look at the power to weight ratios of these things you begin to realize that they dont need these insane high hp builds.
